Sinus and Nasal Care for Everyone.

If your nose isn’t working, let’s fix it.

See a rhinologist.

A rhinologist isn’t your ordinary ENT surgeon. A rhinologist has completed fellowship training in advanced endoscopic nasal and sinus surgery. A rhinologist is a surgeon whose entire practice is devoted to nasal and sinus problems such as nasal congestion, allergies, deviated nasal septum, and sinusitis. If you have a complicated problem with your nose or sinuses, you might benefit from seeing a rhinologist. I am one of only 3 rhinologists in the entire state of Kentucky, and I see patients right here in Lexington.

Like family.

That’s how you’ll be treated. In medicine these days, it seems that patients don’t always know who to trust. When treating your nasal and sinus problems, I will give you the exact same treatment I would give my family members. Guaranteed. When you see me, you become a part of my family - and I will do everything I can to help you on your journey toward a healthier nose and clearer sinuses.

Medical Decision.

Many nasal and sinus problems can be managed medically (meaning you might not need surgery). Fortunately, there is a lot of interest in nasal and sinus problems, and there is a lot of ongoing research for new medical treatments for rhinitis and sinusitis. This gives rhinologists even more tools to treat your nasal and sinus problems without nasal or sinus surgery. I will exhaust all of these options before recommending surgery for you. For your care, my philosophy is simple - let’s avoid surgery if at all possible.

Surgical Precision.

Not all nasal and sinus problems will respond to medical treatment, and surgery becomes necessary in a number of cases. If nasal or sinus surgery is required, it should be done with the utmost care. These are delicate and precise operations. Every move should be carefully calculated in order to minimize trauma and optimize outcomes. When viewed in real time, the surgery should appear graceful and elegant. If it doesn’t, it probably means it should be done with more care.

Still stuffy? Continued congestion? Daily drainage? Persistent pressure?

If you want to be evaluated for nasal congestion, allergies, nasal obstruction, rhinitis, deviated nasal septum, sinusitis or you want to discuss septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction, endoscopic sinus surgery, or advanced nasal and sinus procedures, make an appointment.
